2. Services

We provide luxury limousine, SUV, and executive transportation services for airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, events, and private trips within Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

3. Bookings & Payments

Reservations can be made online, via phone, or through email.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service type.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and approved digital payment platforms.
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable.
No-shows at the pickup location will be charged the full fare.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Passenger Conduct

To ensure safety and comfort:

Smoking, open alcohol, or illegal substances are not permitted inside vehicles.
Passengers are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required due to spills or misconduct.
Drivers reserve the right to terminate service immediately if passengers behave inappropriately or violate safety rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

Indy Executive Limo will not be liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, accidents, or road closures).
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in vehicles.
Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your reservations, billing, and customer support.

Appointment or pickup reminders
