From New York to Indianapolis
The business began on the East Coast as NYC Executive Limo, founded by Gary Bhullar, moving executives around a city where being ten minutes late is not an inconvenience but a lost meeting.
That is a demanding way to learn the trade. New York teaches you to plan for traffic rather than complain about it, to know which entrance a building actually uses, and to treat a flight number as information rather than a formality. When we brought the business to Indianapolis, those habits came with it.
Indiana is a different market and we have adapted to it. Race weekend in May reshapes the entire west side. Grand Park tournament weekends fill Westfield. Prom season empties the stretch limousines before April arrives. Fifteen years in, we plan around the local calendar rather than being surprised by it every year.
Gary still owns and runs both operations. That is less common than it sounds in this trade, where owners tend to step back once the phones stop ringing at their own desk. It is also why a complaint here reaches somebody who can actually do something about it.
What has not changed is the standard. Same preparation, same punctuality, same refusal to move a price after it has been agreed.
Who Is Actually Driving
Read our Google reviews and you will notice something unusual: clients name the chauffeur. GP, Mitch, and others come up again and again, by name, from people who have booked us for years.
That does not happen with an app. It happens because the same person drives your family to the airport each time, remembers that your daughter gets travel sick in the back row, and knows which door of the office building to pull up to.
Every chauffeur is professionally licensed and background checked, and every vehicle carries full commercial insurance and passes regular safety inspection. Corporate accounts can request named preferred chauffeurs, and most of them do within a month or two.

Four Things We Do Not Compromise On
The Price Does Not Move
Every trip is quoted flat before you book. No meter, no surge multiplier, no fuel surcharge appearing later. If your flight is delayed three hours or it is raining on race weekend, the number is the same as the one you agreed.
Confirmed Stays Confirmed
Once we take a date it is yours. We do not come back a fortnight before a wedding to say a vehicle is no longer available. Tell us the headcount and the date and we will confirm it, however many vehicles that takes.
We Arrive Before You Need Us
Pickup times are worked back from your flight or your ceremony with a deliberate margin. A chauffeur waiting ten minutes costs us very little. A missed flight costs you a great deal.
Somebody Answers the Phone
Dispatch runs 24 hours a day, every day of the year. If your flight lands at one in the morning and the schedule has changed, somebody at our end already knows and the car has moved with it.

Every vehicle carries full commercial insurance and passes regular safety inspection. Every chauffeur is professionally licensed and background checked. Corporate clients who need a certificate of insurance for their records can request one and we will send it the same day.
We hold memberships that keep us accountable to standards beyond our own opinion of ourselves — the National Limousine Association, the Global Business Travel Association, and the Indy Chamber.
Our regular work is Indianapolis and Central Indiana. For clients travelling beyond Indiana we can arrange chauffeured transport in other cities and internationally, though the service we are judged on is the one we run ourselves, here.

Flat-rate transfers to and from Indianapolis International, with flight tracking included and meet and greet on request.

Standing accounts with monthly billing, named preferred chauffeurs, roadshows and convention shuttles.
Weddings
Stretch limousines for the couple, Sprinters for the bridal party and 28-passenger shuttles for guests.
Prom, Events and Group Travel
Chauffeur-supervised prom transport, winery tours, concerts, race weekend and corporate outings.
