Party Bus Pricing
Split across a group, a party bus costs less per head than most people assume. These are starting points, not a meter.
Party Bus — from $36 per person
An evening out across a full bus of 28. The figure depends on how many hours you need and where you are going, and it is quoted flat before you book. Perimeter seating, LED lighting and room to stand.
Mercedes Sprinter — $890 flat
Four hours, up to 13 passengers — around $68 each. Quieter and more comfortable over distance, which suits a winery tour better than a bar run.
The final figure depends on the date, the route and how many hours you need, and it is quoted flat before you book. No meter running while you are inside, no surge on a busy Saturday, and nothing added to the invoice afterwards.
Peak dates — spring and autumn Saturdays, December, New Year’s Eve and Indy 500 weekend — are priced higher and book out first.
Party Bus and Group Vehicles
A party bus is not always the right answer. For a smaller group a Sprinter or a stretch limousine often suits better, and we will say so.
Photographs show vehicles from our fleet. Interiors are refreshed periodically and vehicles are rotated through service, so the finish of the vehicle supplied may differ in detail from the images here. On a busy date the exact vehicle pictured may already be out, and we will supply one of the same class and capacity. Capacity and vehicle class are always confirmed in writing when you book.

Party Bus
Perimeter seating, LED lighting and room to stand. The vehicle people picture when they say party bus, and the one that makes a night out work.

Inside the Party Bus
Perimeter seating down both sides, LED lighting and room to stand up. Everyone faces each other rather than the back of a headrest.

Executive Mini Bus
Forward-facing coach seating for larger groups where moving people matters more than the atmosphere on board.

Stretch Limousine
White Chrysler 300 stretch with LED lighting and a bar area. For a smaller group wanting the same feel.

Mercedes Sprinter
Quieter and more comfortable than a party bus over distance. The better choice for a winery tour that covers real mileage.

Inside the Limousine
LED accent lighting, bar area and bench seating along both sides.
The Nights a Party Bus Makes Sense
A party bus is not a transfer. It is hired by the hour because the vehicle is the venue between venues, and that is the whole point of booking one.
Birthdays and Milestone Nights
Thirtieths, fortieths, fiftieths. The group stays together from the first pickup to the last drop-off instead of splitting across cars and losing half the party between the restaurant and the bar.
Bachelorette and Bachelor Parties
Multiple stops, a long night, and nobody who should be driving. Tell us the route when you book and the chauffeur follows it, so nobody is navigating at one in the morning.
Winery and Brewery Tours
Our most requested party bus booking. Three or four stops across the day, the vehicle waiting at each one, and everybody gets to taste. Hendricks and Hamilton County wineries are the usual route.
Concerts, Games and Tailgates
Colts at Lucas Oil, Pacers at Gainbridge, and summer concerts at Ruoff in Noblesville where the car park queue after a show is famously slow. Dropped close, collected afterwards. See our game day transport for the venue detail.
Sweet Sixteens and Quinceañeras
A milestone that usually involves photographs, several addresses and a group of teenagers. Parents book it, the itinerary is agreed in advance, and no alcohol is permitted on any booking where passengers are under 21.
Casino Trips
Horseshoe Indianapolis in Shelbyville and Harrah’s Hoosier Park in Anderson are both around forty-five minutes out. Long enough that the drive home matters, and the kind of evening where nobody should be doing it.
The Routes We Run Most
A party bus is hired by the hour because it is the venue between venues. These are the circuits groups actually ask for.
Broad Ripple
Indianapolis’s nightlife strip, and the single most requested party bus route in the city. Broad Ripple Avenue packs a dozen bars into a few hundred yards, parking is scarce and the streets around it are residential. Being dropped on the strip and collected from an agreed corner at the end is most of the reason people book.
Mass Ave and Fountain Square
Two districts that pair well on one night. Mass Ave for dinner and the theatre crowd, Fountain Square for bars and duckpin bowling. Twelve minutes apart by road and an awkward walk, which is exactly the gap a hired vehicle fills.
Winery Tours
Three or four stops across a day. Hendricks and Hamilton County vineyards are the usual circuit, with Daniel’s Vineyard in McCordsville and Mallow Run near Bargersville among the most booked. The vehicle waits at each stop, so everyone gets to taste.
Brewery and Distillery Runs
Indianapolis has a serious craft scene and most of it is spread across the city rather than walkable. Sun King, the Fountain Square breweries and the distilleries around downtown make a full afternoon with a chauffeur and an impossible one without.
Downtown Bar Crawls
Georgia Street, the Circle and the blocks around Gainbridge. Close together on a map, less so in December. The bus waits nearby rather than everyone standing outside between stops.
Holiday Light Tours
Christmas at the Zoo, Winterlights at Newfields, and the neighbourhood displays people drive out to see. A December evening where the whole group stays warm and nobody has to navigate.
The Honest Case for a Party Bus
Two reasons people actually book, and neither is the one in the brochure.
Nobody Draws the Short Straw
The usual arrangement is one person staying sober and resenting it all night. With a chauffeur the whole group has the same evening, which is the entire reason the booking exists.
The Group Stays Together
Three cars arriving at three different times, two people lost between stops, and someone wanting to leave early. One vehicle removes all of it. For a group of twelve or more it also works out cheaper than several rides at surge pricing.
The Journey Counts
Perimeter seating means everyone faces each other rather than the back of a headrest. On a winery tour where the driving is half the day, that changes the day considerably.
No Parking, Anywhere
Not at the restaurant, not at the venue, not at the third stop. The vehicle waits and you walk out to it.
Booking a Party Bus
Party buses are hired hourly with a minimum number of hours, because the vehicle and chauffeur are held for you whether they are moving or waiting outside a bar.
Tell us the date, the group size and roughly where you want to go. We will come back with a flat rate for the booking that does not change afterwards — no meter, no surge, and nothing added to the invoice that you were not told about.
Multiple pickups across the metro are standard and worked into the route rather than charged separately. If the route changes on the night, tell the chauffeur and we will sort it out rather than arguing about it on a pavement.
Spring and autumn Saturdays and December go first. For a date that matters, book well ahead.

Booked a van for a wine tour. Mitch, the driver, had hangover kits for everyone. He took us to four different wineries and we had a great time. Cannot wait to do another one.
Deandra DuncanThe bus was clean, comfortable, spacious, rode smooth, and was stocked with plenty of goodies. Our driver was on time, professional, and overall a good time. I felt safe while still being able to let loose and enjoy myself.
Quanica OyeFrom the very start Indy Executive Limo was easy to work with. Our driver, GP, showed patience, flexibility and kindness. This is our second year using this company and their service has been consistently excellent.
Tonya LintonParty Bus FAQ
How much does a party bus cost in Indianapolis?
Party bus hire starts from around $36 per person across a full bus of twenty-eight. A Mercedes Sprinter for up to thirteen passengers is $890 flat for four hours, which is around $68 each. The final figure depends on the date, the route and how many hours you need, and it is quoted flat before you book rather than metered.
Can we bring our own drinks?
On party bus bookings, yes, within Indiana law and where every passenger is over 21. This is the one vehicle in our fleet where food and drinks are part of the point. We will confirm what applies when you book. Alcohol is never permitted on prom or school bookings, without exception.
Can we make multiple stops?
Yes, and it is the usual reason people book. Tell us the route when you book and the chauffeur follows it. Changes on the night are handled between you and the chauffeur rather than left to chance.
How far in advance should we book?
A week is usually enough for an ordinary date. Spring and autumn Saturdays, December and New Year’s Eve need weeks to months, because there are far fewer party buses in Central Indiana than there are SUVs.
Is a party bus always the right vehicle?
No. For a long winery tour a Sprinter is often more comfortable, and for a group of eight a stretch limousine suits better. Tell us the group size and what you are doing and we will recommend honestly rather than selling you the biggest thing.
Can we do a bar crawl with several stops?
Yes, and it is the most common booking. Broad Ripple is the most requested route, followed by Mass Ave and Fountain Square together. Tell us the stops when you book and the chauffeur follows them. The vehicle waits nearby rather than leaving between stops.
Do you do winery and brewery tours?
Yes. Three or four stops across a day is the usual shape, with the Hendricks and Hamilton County vineyards being the most booked circuit. A Sprinter is often more comfortable than a party bus for these, since a winery tour covers real mileage, and we will say so if it suits you better.
Do you serve my area?
The full Indianapolis metro and Central Indiana. Multiple pickups across different suburbs on one booking are standard.
