Almost every wedding transport problem is a timing problem. The car arrives after the photographer has run out of light. Nobody thought about how forty guests get from the hotel to the venue. The party ends and half the room cannot drive.
The Couple
A white Chrysler 300 stretch limousine or an executive SUV, depending on the dress and the look you want in photographs. The chauffeur knows the route, the venue entrance and the timeline, and waits rather than circling the block.

Booking a Wedding With Us
We do not sell wedding transport by the hour and hope the timeline fits. We build the timeline first and then price it.
When you enquire we ask for the ceremony time, the venue, the hotel block and roughly how many guests will need moving. From that we come back with vehicle recommendations and a flat rate for the day. Nothing about that number changes afterwards unless you change the plan.
Closer to the date we confirm the run sheet with you or your planner: pickup addresses, timings for each vehicle, contact numbers, and where each car waits. Your chauffeurs get the same sheet. On the day nobody is telephoning to ask where the cars are.
Spring and autumn Saturdays book out first, and the white stretch limousine goes before anything else. If your date falls in April, May, September or October, book early rather than optimistically.
