Each vehicle below is in regular service across Indianapolis and Central Indiana. Tell us the trip and the headcount and we will recommend the right one rather than the biggest one.
Cadillac Escalade
Full-size Escalade with leather seating and generous luggage room. Our most requested vehicle for airport transfers and executive travel.
From the Rear
Full-size cases load flat without anyone holding a bag on their lap. The luggage question is the one we get asked most.
Chevrolet Suburban
The most luggage capacity of any six-seater we run. The usual choice for families flying out of IND with checked bags.
Inside the Suburban
Leather seating, individual climate control and enough room to work or take a call on the way to a meeting.
Mercedes Sprinter
2024 executive van. Cheaper than booking two SUVs, and the whole group travels together and arrives together.
Inside the Sprinter
Premium leather seating with individual climate control and overhead lighting. Comfortable enough to work in between meetings.
Stretch Limousine
Chrysler 300 stretch in white. The classic pick for weddings, prom nights and celebrations, and the first vehicle to book out in spring.
Inside the Limousine
LED accent lighting, bar area and bench seating along both sides. Room for a dress without creasing it.
Executive Mini Bus
28-passenger mini coach for wedding guest shuttles, convention transport and corporate outings. The lowest cost per head we run.
Inside the Mini Bus
Forward-facing coach seating with overhead storage and a centre aisle. Built for moving groups comfortably, not for standing room.
Room for the Bags
Passenger capacity and luggage capacity are different numbers. Tell us both when you book and we will size the vehicle properly.
Who Is Driving
Every chauffeur is professionally licensed and background checked. Our clients ask for them by name, which is the part a vehicle list never shows.
Photographs show vehicles from our fleet. Interiors are refreshed periodically and vehicles are rotated through service, so the finish of the vehicle supplied may differ in detail from the images here. Capacity, vehicle class and everything else quoted is confirmed in writing when you book.
Which One Do You Actually Need
The most common way people overpay is booking a larger vehicle than the trip requires. This is roughly how our bookings break down.
1 to 6 passengers — Escalade or Suburban
Airport transfers, executive travel, client pickups, small families. If everyone fits with luggage, this is the most economical option and the one we recommend by default. The Suburban takes the edge on cases.
7 to 14 passengers — Mercedes Sprinter
Bridal parties, corporate teams, extended families, roadshow days. Almost always cheaper than two SUVs, and there is no convoy to keep together or second driver to brief.
Up to 12 for an occasion — Stretch Limousine
Weddings, prom, birthdays, anniversaries. Chosen for the occasion rather than the distance, which is why it is priced hourly with a minimum. Books out first for spring and autumn Saturdays.
15 to 28 passengers — Executive Mini Bus
Wedding guest shuttles, convention arrivals, corporate outings, winery tours. Lowest cost per head of anything we run, and it solves the parking problem that nobody plans for.
Book Any Size, Any Date
Some days every wedding in the county falls on the same Saturday. Race weekend fills the whole city. A convention lands three hundred delegates at once.
Group size is not something you need to negotiate with us. Tell us the headcount and the date and we will confirm it. And once a booking is confirmed it stays confirmed — we do not come back a fortnight later to say a vehicle is no longer available. That commitment is the whole point of booking rather than hoping.
Practically, it means you can book a stretch limousine for the couple, a Sprinter for the bridal party and two mini coaches for guests on the same date, from one point of contact and one invoice.
What Every Booking Includes
The vehicle is only half of it. These apply whether you have booked an Escalade for one airport run or four coaches for a wedding.
Every vehicle is late model and non-smoking, professionally detailed before your reservation rather than between jobs. Nothing arrives at a wedding straight from a night out.
Every chauffeur is professionally licensed and background checked, and every vehicle carries full commercial insurance and passes regular safety inspection. On airport work, flight tracking is included at no cost and the pickup adjusts automatically if your schedule changes.
Pricing is quoted flat before you book and does not move afterwards. No meter, no surge multiplier, no fuel surcharge appearing on an invoice you have already agreed.

How many passengers can you carry?
From one to twenty-eight in a single vehicle. Beyond that we run multiple vehicles on the same booking, which is common for wedding guest shuttles and convention arrivals.
Will my luggage fit?
Passenger capacity and luggage capacity are not the same number, so tell us both when you book. An Escalade or Suburban handles a family with checked bags comfortably. If in doubt, say how many cases and we will size the vehicle rather than guess.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes. Tell us which one when you book and we will confirm availability for your date. Stretch limousines and Sprinters go first for spring weddings, prom season and race weekend, so request early on those dates.
Are the vehicles cleaned between bookings?
Every vehicle is professionally detailed before each reservation, not between jobs on a busy day. It matters most on wedding and prom work, where the interior appears in photographs.
Can you handle very large groups?
Yes. Tell us the headcount and the date and we will confirm the vehicles. Large weddings, convention arrivals and corporate events regularly run several vehicles on a single booking, with one point of contact and one invoice. Once we confirm a date, it is confirmed.
Do you carry commercial insurance?
Yes, full commercial coverage on every vehicle, with regular safety inspections. Corporate clients who need a certificate of insurance for their records can request one and we will send it.
