The four-hour question

Why People Book This Route

Cincinnati is close enough that flying is absurd and far enough that driving eats the day. Four hours behind the wheel is four hours you do not get back.

The Drive Becomes Working Time

Two hours each way is half a working day. In the back of an Escalade or a Sprinter that time is yours — calls, email, prep for the meeting you are travelling to. Most corporate clients book this route for that reason alone.

You Arrive in the Right State

There is a difference between walking into a meeting after two hours of I-74 traffic and walking in after two hours of doing something useful. For a client presentation or a site visit, it shows.

Groups Travel Together

A team heading to a game or a conference arrives together, leaves together, and nobody follows a second car through unfamiliar streets. One vehicle is also usually cheaper than the mileage and parking of three.

The Price Does Not Move

A flat rate quoted before you book. No meter running while you are inside, no surge on a game night, and no renegotiation because the return leg got late.

What we run

Common Cincinnati Trips

Corporate and Client Travel

Meetings, site visits and client hospitality. Priced as a flat transfer, or held hourly for the day if you have several stops across the city. See our corporate accounts.

Cincinnati Airport (CVG)

Sometimes the schedule or the fare out of CVG beats anything from IND. We run the transfer both ways with flight tracking included, so a delay costs you nothing.

Reds and Bengals Games

Group transport to Great American Ball Park and Paycor Stadium. Dropped close, collected afterwards, and nobody in the group has to stay sober or find parking downtown.

Concerts and Events

Cincinnati venues, festivals and riverfront events. The drive home at midnight is somebody else’s problem, which is usually the entire reason people book.

Weddings and Family Occasions

Guests travelling down from Indianapolis for a Cincinnati wedding, or a family group heading to an occasion together in one vehicle.

Brewery and Distillery Tours

Cincinnati’s brewery scene is a tasting day. A chauffeur is not a luxury on that trip, it is the only sensible way to do it and get home.

The fleet

Vehicles for the Drive

Two hours each way changes what suits. Comfort and space matter more here than on a twenty-minute airport run.

Photographs show vehicles from our fleet. Interiors are refreshed periodically and vehicles are rotated through service, so the finish of the vehicle supplied may differ in detail from the images here. Capacity and vehicle class are confirmed when you book.

Getting there

The Route and the Timing

Indianapolis to Cincinnati is around two hours on I-74 in normal conditions. Downtown to downtown is the usual run, and CVG sits across the river in Kentucky, which adds a little.

Game days and major event dates are not normal conditions, particularly around the riverfront stadiums. We plan the departure around when you need to be there rather than around the map estimate.

Pickups run from anywhere in Central Indiana, and multiple addresses on one booking are common for group trips. We work them into the route rather than charging for each stop separately.

From the very start Indy Executive Limo was easy to work with. Our driver, GP, showed patience, flexibility and kindness. This is our second year using this company and their service has been consistently excellent.

The bus was clean, comfortable, spacious, rode smooth, and was stocked with plenty of goodies. Our driver was on time, professional, and overall a good time. I felt safe while still being able to let loose and enjoy myself.

Booked a van for a wine tour. Mitch, the driver, had hangover kits for everyone. He took us to four different wineries and we had a great time. Cannot wait to do another one.

Common questions

Cincinnati Transfer FAQ

How long does the drive take?

Around two hours each way on I-74 in normal traffic. CVG sits across the river in Kentucky, which adds a little. Game days around the riverfront need more, and we plan the departure around your arrival time rather than the map estimate.

Can you do a day trip?

Yes, and most corporate clients do. Down in the morning, back in the evening, with the vehicle held for you in between if you have several stops. Nobody has to drive, so the return leg is not a problem however late it runs.

How much does it cost?

Quoted as a flat rate for the trip based on vehicle, group size and whether it is a transfer or a full day. Agreed before you book and unchanged afterwards.

Do you go to CVG airport?

Yes, both directions. Flight tracking is included, so if your flight into CVG is delayed the pickup adjusts at our end and the rate does not change.

Can you pick up from several addresses?

Yes, and it is common for group trips. Multiple pickups across Central Indiana are worked into the route rather than charged for individually.

Do you go to other cities?

Yes. Louisville and Chicago come up regularly, along with airport transfers to SDF and ORD when the schedule from IND does not work.
