Do You Actually Need a Coach?
Often the honest answer is no, and we will say so.
Under fourteen people
A Mercedes Sprinter is quieter, easier to park and cheaper. A coach for twelve passengers is paying for forty-four empty seats.
Fourteen to twenty-eight
An executive mini bus fits without the coach price. Forward-facing coach seating, overhead storage, no restroom.
Twenty-eight to forty-six
The forty-six-seat coach. Full coach standard with restroom, WiFi and luggage bays, without paying for the larger vehicle.
Over forty-six
The fifty-six-seat coach, or two vehicles running together. For very large groups we can arrange a convoy with a single point of contact.
Tell us the group size, the date and the route, and we will tell you which vehicle fits rather than quoting the largest one. The rate is flat and quoted before you book, with no meter and nothing added to the invoice afterwards.

How many passengers does a charter bus hold?
Our coaches seat fifty-six and forty-six passengers. Both are full-size motor coaches with reclining seats, overhead storage, climate control, WiFi and an onboard restroom. For smaller groups we also run a twenty-eight-seat executive mini bus and fourteen-seat Mercedes Sprinters.
Is there a restroom on board?
Yes, on both coaches. It is the feature that changes long trips: a run to Chicago, Louisville or Cincinnati can go non-stop rather than being built around service station breaks, which usually saves around an hour each way.
Is WiFi included?
Yes, on both coaches. On a corporate charter it turns the journey into working time rather than lost time, which is often what justifies the coach over everyone driving separately.
How much luggage can a coach carry?
Under-floor bays take full checked bags for the whole group, plus overhead storage inside for hand luggage. This is usually the deciding factor on airport group transfers, where three SUVs physically cannot carry forty suitcases.
How much does a charter bus cost in Indianapolis?
Charter rates depend on the coach, the number of hours, the route and the date, and are quoted flat before you book. There is no meter and no surge on a busy weekend. Send us the date, the group size and the route and you will usually have a firm number within the hour.
How far in advance should we book?
For conventions, graduations and spring wedding season, as early as you can — a city has a finite number of coaches and they go first. For an ordinary corporate run, two to three weeks is usually comfortable. We will always tell you honestly if a date is tight.
Do you carry commercial insurance?
Yes, and a certificate of insurance is available on request, which most corporate and school clients need for their own records. Our chauffeurs hold commercial licences with the endorsements required for passenger transport.
Can you travel out of state?

Interiors are refreshed periodically and vehicles are rotated through service, so the finish of the coach supplied may differ in detail from the images here. On a busy date the exact coach pictured may already be out, and we will supply one of the same class and capacity. Capacity and vehicle class are always confirmed in writing when you book.
