Prom season across Central Indiana lands almost entirely in April and May, and every school in the metro competes for the same limousines on the same handful of Saturdays.
The stretch limousine goes first, usually months ahead. Sprinters follow. By the time most families start looking, the choice is whatever remains.
It is also the same window as spring weddings and Indy 500 race weekend, which is why May is the tightest month in our calendar by a considerable distance.
What You Are Actually Booking
Prom transport is not really a vehicle booking. It is a safety arrangement that happens to involve a limousine, and that is how we treat it.
A Fixed Itinerary, Agreed With You
You tell us the pickup addresses, the photo location, the venue and the after-party if there is one. That becomes the run sheet, and the chauffeur follows it. The itinerary is not changed on the night by a group of seventeen-year-olds.
Confirmed Pickup Times at Every Stop
Every parent on the booking gets the schedule and a direct contact number before the night. You know where the car is meant to be and when, and you can call and ask.
No Alcohol, No Exceptions
Alcohol is not permitted in the vehicle on any prom booking. Our chauffeurs enforce it rather than negotiating it. If it becomes an issue we contact the parent who made the booking.
The Same Chauffeur All Night
One licensed, background-checked chauffeur stays with the group from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Nobody is handed between drivers and nobody is left waiting for a car that never comes.
Prom Vehicles
Group size decides most of it. A stretch limousine for eight to twelve, a Sprinter for a larger group, or a mini coach when several friendship groups travel together.
Photographs show vehicles from our fleet. Interiors are refreshed periodically and vehicles are rotated through service, so the finish of the vehicle supplied may differ in detail from the images here. Capacity and vehicle class are confirmed when you book.
Stretch Limousine
The classic prom vehicle and the first to book out. White Chrysler 300 stretch with LED lighting, and the one that appears in the photographs.
Inside the Limousine
LED accent lighting and bench seating along both sides. Room for full-length dresses without anyone sitting on a hem.
Mercedes Sprinter
For larger groups travelling together. Everyone arrives at the same time, which matters when the photographs are scheduled.
Executive Mini Bus
When several friendship groups book together. Lowest cost per student, and one chauffeur responsible for the whole group.
Luxury SUV
For smaller groups or couples who want something understated. Also the usual choice for a separate parent or photographer vehicle.

Forward-facing coach seating with overhead storage and air conditioning. Built for moving a large group comfortably.
A Typical Prom Booking
Most prom nights follow the same shape, and knowing it in advance is what keeps the schedule from slipping.
The evening usually starts with pickups from two or three homes, then a photo location that somebody’s parents have organised. That stop always takes longer than planned, so we build a margin into it rather than pretending it will take fifteen minutes.
Dinner comes next, then the venue. The chauffeur waits between stops rather than leaving and returning, so there is no gap where a group of students is standing outside a restaurant waiting for a car.
Afterwards the vehicle takes the group to wherever the booking says, and only there. If plans change on the night, the chauffeur calls the parent who made the booking rather than agreeing to a new destination.

Can parents book and pay directly?
Yes, and most do. The booking is in the parent’s name, the itinerary is agreed with the parent, and the confirmation and contact details go to the parent rather than the student.
Is alcohol allowed in the vehicle?
No, on any prom booking, without exception. Our chauffeurs enforce it rather than negotiating it, and if it becomes an issue we contact the parent who made the booking.
Can the students change the destination on the night?
No. The vehicle follows the itinerary agreed when you booked. If a change is requested on the night, the chauffeur calls the parent who made the booking before anything is altered.
How much does a prom limo cost?
Prom is priced hourly with a minimum number of hours, since the vehicle and chauffeur are held for the whole evening. The rate is quoted flat before you book and does not change. Splitting it across a group brings the cost per student down considerably.
How far in advance should we book?
By February for an April or May prom, and earlier for the stretch limousine. Every school in the metro competes for the same Saturdays, so the vehicles go long before most families start looking.
Can you pick up from several houses?
Yes, and it is normal. Multiple pickups are worked into the route rather than charged for separately. Send the addresses when you book and we will build the timings around them.
