Every rental includes a licensed chauffeur. We do not hire vehicles out to drive yourself, which is the difference between a limousine rental and a car rental.
Photographs show vehicles from our fleet. Interiors are refreshed periodically and vehicles are rotated through service, so the finish of the vehicle supplied may differ in detail from the images here. Capacity and vehicle class are confirmed when you book.

White Chrysler 300 stretch with LED lighting and a bar area. The vehicle most people mean when they say limo rental, and the first to go for spring Saturdays.
Inside the Limousine
Bench seating along both sides, LED accent lighting and a bar area. Room for a dress or a group without anyone sitting sideways.
Cadillac Escalade
The most requested vehicle we run. Airport transfers, executive travel and small groups who want space rather than spectacle.
Chevrolet Suburban
The most luggage capacity of any six-seater we hire. The usual choice for families and airport runs with checked bags.
Mercedes Sprinter
Cheaper than hiring two SUVs, and the whole group travels together. Corporate outings, bridal parties, winery tours and long-distance runs.
Executive Mini Bus
Wedding guest shuttles, convention transport and large group outings. The lowest cost per head of anything we hire.
Chauffeured, Not Self-Drive
This is the point people most often want clarified, so it is worth saying plainly. Every vehicle comes with a professional chauffeur. You are hiring the journey, not the keys.
Transfer or Hourly
Airport runs and point-to-point trips are hired as a single flat transfer. Weddings, proms, nights out and tours are hired by the hour with a minimum, because the vehicle and chauffeur are held for you whether they are moving or waiting.
What the Rate Covers
Chauffeur, fuel, tolls, mileage on the agreed route, and full commercial insurance. Nothing is added to an invoice that you have not been told about first. See our rates page for what sets the price.
No Deposit to Enquire
Send the trip and you get a firm number back, usually within the hour. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed until you have seen the rate and agreed to it.
Multiple Vehicles, One Booking
Larger events regularly run several vehicles on the same reservation, with one point of contact and one invoice. Weddings and convention groups are the usual cases.

Prom and School Events
Chauffeur-supervised group transport that parents book directly, with a fixed itinerary and confirmed pickup times at every stop. April and May fill early.
Airport Transfers
Flat-rate hire to and from Indianapolis International with flight tracking included. Delays adjust at our end at no extra cost.
Race Weekend and Events
Indy 500, concerts at Ruoff, games downtown. Dropped close to the gate, collected afterwards, and nobody has to stay sober.
Birthdays and Nights Out
Dinner in the city, bar runs, milestone birthdays and winery tours. Hired by the hour so the vehicle waits rather than a meter running.
Corporate
Roadshows, client hospitality and convention shuttles, with monthly billing and named preferred chauffeurs for account holders.
When to Hire Early
Most of the year, twenty-four to forty-eight hours is plenty for an SUV or a Sprinter. Four dates in the calendar are different, and on those the whole metro competes for the same finite set of vehicles.
Prom season through April and May takes the stretch limousines first. Spring and autumn wedding Saturdays take everything. Indy 500 race weekend in late May takes the rest. And New Year’s Eve books out earlier than people expect.
On those dates, hiring early gets you both the vehicle and a better rate. Leaving it late gets you whatever nobody else wanted.

Can I hire a limo without a driver?
No. Every vehicle we hire comes with a professional chauffeur, and that is deliberate rather than a limitation. Chauffeured hire is a different licence, a different insurance class and a different service to self-drive car rental.
How much does it cost to rent a limo in Indianapolis?
Rates are quoted flat for the trip rather than as a meter, based on the vehicle, the date and whether it is a transfer or an hourly booking. Send your details and you will have a firm number, usually within the hour.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Hourly bookings such as weddings, proms and nights out carry a minimum, which varies by vehicle and date. Airport and point-to-point transfers have no minimum. We tell you the minimum before you commit.
How far in advance should I book?
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is usually fine. Prom season, spring and autumn wedding Saturdays, Indy 500 race weekend and New Year’s Eve should be booked weeks to months ahead.
Can I hire more than one vehicle?
Yes, and larger events regularly do. Several vehicles on one reservation with a single point of contact and one invoice.
