The difference is not the vehicle. It is that the same person drives your chief executive every month, knows which entrance to use, and is already waiting when the meeting finishes early.
Every chauffeur is professionally licensed, background checked and insured under full commercial cover. They are employees of a company you can call, not contractors matched by an algorithm. When a flight is delayed at eleven at night, somebody at our end already knows and has adjusted the pickup.
Pricing is quoted flat before the trip and does not move. There is no surge multiplier during race weekend, no cancelled ride two minutes before a flight, and no explaining to your finance team why the same journey cost three different amounts in one week.

Do you offer monthly billing for businesses?
Yes. Corporate accounts receive one consolidated invoice each month rather than a charge per trip, with cost centre or project references on each line if your finance team needs them. Standard terms are net 30.
Can we request the same chauffeur every time?
Yes, and most of our corporate clients do. Named preferred chauffeurs are part of every account. Your executives get someone who knows their preferences and which building entrance to use, rather than a different driver each week.
How is this different from a ride-hailing app?
Fixed pricing agreed in advance with no surge multiplier, licensed and background-checked chauffeurs who are employees rather than contractors, flight tracking with automatic adjustment, and a dispatch team you can telephone. Rides are never cancelled on you at the kerb.
Do you handle convention and conference groups?

How far in advance should corporate travel be booked?
For routine airport transfers, 24 hours is usually enough and account holders get priority dispatch beyond that. Race weekend in May and major convention dates should be booked several weeks ahead, since the whole city competes for vehicles.
