Downtown Indianapolis is compact, which is exactly why driving there is difficult. Everything worth going to sits inside the same few blocks, and so does everyone else’s car.
Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium
Conference arrivals, delegate shuttles and corporate hospitality. We run scheduled loops between the downtown hotel block and the Convention Center, or on-call service depending on how your programme is shaped. Group arrivals are common and easily handled.
Gainbridge Fieldhouse and Game Nights
Pacers games, concerts and events let out into the same streets at the same time. Your chauffeur is positioned before the final whistle rather than circling, and you are not competing with twenty thousand people for a surge-priced ride.
Mass Ave, Georgia Street and the Restaurants
Dinner reservations, theatre at Old National Centre, and nights out that run late. Downtown parking is expensive at six in the evening and unpleasant at midnight, which is when a booked car earns its keep.
Hotels and Corporate Offices
The downtown hotel block and the office towers around Monument Circle are our most frequent pickup points. Airport transfers, client collections and executive travel, with named preferred chauffeurs for account holders.
Why Downtown Is Different
In the suburbs, driving yourself is usually fine. Downtown it stops being fine. Garage rates rise on event nights, street parking near the venues is largely theoretical, and the walk back at eleven in the evening is longer than anyone plans for.
For a group of six, a single vehicle often costs less than two garages plus two ride-hailing fares at surge. For a group of fourteen it is not close.
And on the nights when everything happens at once — a Colts game, a concert and a convention letting out together — the difference is not money. It is whether you get home in twenty minutes or ninety.

From the Airport and the Suburbs
Most downtown journeys start somewhere else. These are the routes we run most often into the Mile Square.
From Indianapolis International the run into downtown is around twenty to thirty minutes depending on the hour. We track your flight and adjust automatically, and the rate does not change if you are delayed.
From the northern suburbs — Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville — allow twenty-five to forty minutes on a normal evening, more when something is on at the stadium. From Greenwood and the south side it is usually twenty to thirty.
For events, we work backwards from the time you want to be inside rather than the time the map suggests leaving. Road closures around Lucas Oil and Gainbridge on big nights are the whole difficulty, and planning for them is the job.

Can you drop us right at the venue?
As close as the road closures allow on the night, which is considerably closer than any parking you would find yourself. Your chauffeur knows which approaches stay open around Lucas Oil and Gainbridge on event nights.
Do you run convention shuttles?

How long does it take to get downtown from the airport?
Around twenty to thirty minutes depending on the hour. Flight tracking is included on every airport booking, so a delay is adjusted at our end at no extra cost.
Can you wait for us during dinner?
Yes. Hourly and as-directed bookings hold the vehicle and chauffeur for you, so there is no meter running while you are inside and no scramble for a ride afterwards.
What about late nights?
Dispatch runs 24 hours a day. Late pickups after concerts, games and dinners are routine, and the rate is the same one you agreed when booking regardless of the hour.
Do you cover events at Victory Field and White River State Park?
Yes, along with Old National Centre, the Indiana Roof Ballroom and the museums along the canal. If it is inside or near the Mile Square, we run to it.
