Game Day Transportation Indianapolis
Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Hinkle and Ruoff. Dropped close to the gate, collected from an agreed point afterwards, and a flat rate that does not move when the arena empties.

Parking Is the Hard Part
Lucas Oil, Gainbridge and Victory Field sit within two miles of each other downtown, and they all deal with the same thing: lots fill early, app pricing spikes the moment the whistle blows, and the walk back from a remote lot is longer than the map suggested.
Dropped at the Gate
Not six floors up in a garage or half a mile away on South Street. Your chauffeur works the approach that is actually moving on the night and drops you as close as stewarding allows.
The Car Is Waiting Afterwards
An arena empties within about fifteen minutes. Your chauffeur is positioned before that and stays in contact, so you walk to an agreed point rather than standing on a pavement with several thousand other people opening the same app.
Nobody Draws the Short Straw
The usual arrangement is that one person stays sober and resents it. With a chauffeur the whole group has the same night, and the drive home is somebody else’s problem.
Coats and Coolers Stay in the Car
Booked by the hour, the vehicle waits nearby rather than leaving. Tailgate kit, coats and bags stay locked inside during the game instead of being carried in or left in a car park.
Indianapolis Venues
Lucas Oil Stadium
Colts home games, the NFL Combine each February, and championship weekends. 500 South Capitol Avenue. Sixty-five thousand people leaving at once is the single hardest exit in the city.
Gainbridge Fieldhouse
Pacers, Fever and concerts. 125 South Pennsylvania Street, right in the middle of downtown. Great for dinner beforehand, difficult for parking.
Hinkle Fieldhouse
Butler basketball and the NBA Cup Championship on 11 December. A campus venue at 49th and Boulevard Place with limited parking and residential streets around it.
Ruoff Music Center
Summer concerts in Noblesville. A lawn venue where the car park queue after a show is famously slow. Group transport is the whole reason people book us for these.
Victory Field
Indianapolis Indians baseball downtown, a short walk from the other two venues and subject to the same parking pressure on a busy evening.
Indianapolis Motor Speedway
Indy 500 race weekend in May, plus the road course race and qualifying. Road closures reshape the entire west side, and we plan those routes individually.
The Indianapolis Sports Calendar
There is barely a month without something on. This is roughly how our game-day bookings fall across the year.
| Season | What is on |
|---|---|
| September to January | Colts home games at Lucas Oil Stadium |
| October to April | Pacers at Gainbridge, Butler at Hinkle, NBA Cup in November and December |
| February | NFL Combine at Lucas Oil and the Convention Center |
| May | Indy 500 race weekend, the busiest transport date of the year |
| May to September | Fever at Gainbridge, Indians at Victory Field, Ruoff concert season |
Bloomington is about an hour south on SR-37 for IU football and basketball. A February night game down there is not a drive most groups want to make twice, which is why those weekends book out.
Vehicles for Game Nights
Group size decides most of it. Tell us the headcount and we will recommend the right vehicle rather than the biggest one.
Photographs show vehicles from our fleet. Interiors are refreshed periodically and vehicles are rotated through service, so the finish of the vehicle supplied may differ in detail from the images here. Capacity and vehicle class are confirmed when you book.

Cadillac Escalade
Couples, small parties and client hospitality. Warm and quiet on a January Colts night, and dropped at the door.

Mercedes Sprinter
A suite group or a set of friends travelling together. Everyone arrives at the same time and leaves together too.

Executive Mini Bus
Company outings and large fan groups. Lowest cost per head, and one chauffeur responsible for everybody.

Chevrolet Suburban
The most luggage capacity of any six-seater we run, which matters if the tailgate kit is travelling with you.

Stretch Limousine
Birthdays, milestone nights and concerts where arriving is part of the evening. For a larger group, see our party bus.

Inside the Sprinter
Premium leather seating and individual climate control. Comfortable on the drive to Bloomington as well as across town.
Booking a Game Night
Game days are usually booked hourly rather than as a single transfer, because the vehicle is held for you rather than doing one journey.
A typical booking looks like this: multiple pickups across the metro, dinner downtown beforehand, a drop as close to the gate as stewarding allows, the vehicle waiting nearby through the game, and collection from a point agreed before you go in.
Multi-stop pickup routes are standard for fan groups spread across Carmel, Fishers, the north side and the downtown hotels. We work them into the route rather than charging for each stop separately.
For corporate hospitality, the night can go on a monthly account with a cost centre reference. See our corporate chauffeur service for how accounts work.

The bus was clean, comfortable, spacious, rode smooth, and was stocked with plenty of goodies. Our driver was on time, professional, and overall a good time. I felt safe while still being able to let loose and enjoy myself.
Quanica OyeFrom the very start Indy Executive Limo was easy to work with. Our driver, GP, showed patience, flexibility and kindness. This is our second year using this company and their service has been consistently excellent.
Tonya LintonBooked a van for a wine tour. Mitch, the driver, had hangover kits for everyone. He took us to four different wineries and we had a great time. Cannot wait to do another one.
Deandra DuncanGame Day Transport FAQ
How close can you drop us to the venue?
As close as stewarding allows on the night, which is considerably closer than any parking you would find yourself. Your chauffeur works the approach that is moving rather than the one the map suggests.
Does the vehicle wait during the game?
Yes, on an hourly booking. The vehicle stays nearby rather than leaving and returning, so coats and tailgate kit stay locked inside and there is a warm car at a spot you agreed before kickoff.
How does pickup work afterwards?
Your chauffeur is in position before the final whistle and stays in contact. You walk to an agreed point rather than competing with the crowd for a surge-priced ride.
Can you pick up from several addresses?
Yes, and it is standard for fan groups. Multiple pickups across the metro are worked into the route rather than charged for individually.
Do you go to Bloomington for IU games?
Yes. Bloomington is about an hour south on SR-37. Winter night games are the usual reason groups book, and the return leg is the part that matters.
How much does it cost?
Quoted as a flat rate based on vehicle, group size and how many hours you need. Agreed before you book, with no event surcharge and no surge pricing on the night.
