The dates

Three Nights in Indianapolis

The Emirates NBA Cup runs from late October to 11 December. Three of those dates land here, and all three are worth booking ahead for.

Friday 13 November

Knicks at Pacers, 7:00pm ET. Gainbridge Fieldhouse, 125 South Pennsylvania Street. A national broadcast on Prime, which means a bigger crowd than an ordinary Friday and a downtown that fills early.

Friday 27 November

76ers at Pacers, 7:30pm ET. Gainbridge Fieldhouse, 125 South Pennsylvania Street. The day after Thanksgiving, with downtown already busy. Parking is the hard part on this one.

Friday 11 December

Championship, Hinkle Fieldhouse, 510 West 49th Street. A single winner-take-all final streamed nationally on Prime. Tip-off time to be confirmed. Hinkle is a campus venue with very limited parking.

Why book ahead

Small Venues on Big Nights

Gainbridge sits in the middle of downtown where parking is expensive and slow. Hinkle sits on the Butler campus where there is barely any. Both empty in about fifteen minutes.

Dropped at the Gate

Not half a mile away on a residential street or six floors up in a garage. Your chauffeur knows which approach stays open at each venue and drops you as close as stewarding allows.

The Car Is Waiting Afterwards

An arena empties within about fifteen minutes of the final whistle. Your chauffeur is positioned before it and stays in contact, so you are not queuing in November or December weather for a surge-priced ride.

Nobody Has to Stay Sober

All three dates fall on a Friday. The whole group enjoys the night, and the drive home is somebody else’s problem.

The Price Does Not Move

Ride-hailing fares peak exactly when an arena empties. Our rate is agreed when you book and does not change on the night, whatever demand looks like.

On the night

Where We Drop and Collect

Both venues have a sensible answer and a difficult one. Knowing which is which is most of the job.

Gainbridge Fieldhouse

125 South Pennsylvania Street, in the middle of downtown. Pennsylvania compresses badly before tip-off, so we work the approach that is actually moving on the night and agree a collection point away from the worst of the exit crowd.

Hinkle Fieldhouse

510 West 49th Street, on the Butler campus about six miles north of downtown. Campus parking is limited and the surrounding streets are residential. Getting dropped at the gate matters more here than anywhere else in the city.

Before the Game

Dinner downtown, a hotel pickup, or several addresses across the metro on one booking. Hourly bookings hold the vehicle between stops so there is no meter running while you are at the table.

After the Final Whistle

Your chauffeur is in position before the game ends and stays in contact. You walk to an agreed point rather than standing on a pavement with several thousand other people opening the same app.

Parking, honestly

What Parking Actually Looks Like

Worth knowing before you decide to drive, because the two venues are very different problems.

Hinkle Fieldhouse

Butler is a residential campus. The lots around the fieldhouse are small and largely taken by permit holders and early arrivals, and the streets beyond them are neighbourhood streets with restrictions. For a national final drawing a crowd the campus does not normally see, the realistic outcome is parking some distance away and walking back in December.

Gainbridge Fieldhouse

Downtown has plenty of garages and that is the trap. They are not cheap on an event night, the good ones fill an hour before tip-off, and the exit queue afterwards moves slowly because everyone leaves at the same moment. A garage six blocks out is a cold walk both ways in November.

The Honest Comparison

For one or two people at a Pacers game on an ordinary night, driving is fine. For a group, a Friday, or the championship, the parking cost plus the walk plus the exit queue stops being a saving.

What a Booked Car Removes

You are dropped at the gate, the vehicle waits nearby with your coats in it, and it collects you from a point you agreed before going in. No garage fee, no walk, no queue, and nobody deciding who stays sober.

Corporate hospitality

Taking Clients to the Final

A national final is a hospitality night. If you are hosting clients, the transport is part of the evening rather than an afterthought.

Hotel Pickups

Visiting clients collected from the downtown hotel block and returned afterwards. Meet-and-greet in the lobby if they do not know the city.

Dinner Before, Venue After

Held hourly so the vehicle waits between stops. No meter running while you are at the table, and no scramble for a car at kickoff time.

Billing on Account

Corporate clients can put the night on a monthly invoice with a cost centre reference. See our corporate accounts.

The fleet

Vehicles for the Night

Group size decides most of it. Tell us the headcount and we will recommend the right vehicle.

Photographs show vehicles from our fleet. Interiors are refreshed periodically and vehicles are rotated through service, so the finish of the vehicle supplied may differ in detail from the images here. Capacity and vehicle class are confirmed when you book.

Pacers Home Games and Downtown Events

The championship is not the only date worth planning. Group play brings Pacers home games to Gainbridge Fieldhouse through November, and downtown venues run all season.

Gainbridge Fieldhouse

Pacers games and concerts downtown. Parking is expensive at six in the evening and unpleasant at eleven, which is when a booked car earns its keep.

Lucas Oil Stadium

Colts games and major events. Dropped close, collected from an agreed point, and no walk back through the cold.

Hinkle Fieldhouse, Butler

Butler basketball through the season as well as the championship. A campus venue with limited parking, on the north side rather than downtown.

Downtown Indianapolis

Dinner before, venue after, and home afterwards. Mass Ave, Georgia Street and the restaurant district on one booking.

The bus was clean, comfortable, spacious, rode smooth, and was stocked with plenty of goodies. Our driver was on time, professional, and overall a good time. I felt safe while still being able to let loose and enjoy myself.

From the very start Indy Executive Limo was easy to work with. Our driver, GP, showed patience, flexibility and kindness. This is our second year using this company and their service has been consistently excellent.

Booked a van for a wine tour. Mitch, the driver, had hangover kits for everyone. He took us to four different wineries and we had a great time. Cannot wait to do another one.

Common questions

Championship Night FAQ

Which NBA Cup dates are in Indianapolis?

Three. Pacers host the Knicks on Friday 13 November and the 76ers on Friday 27 November, both at Gainbridge Fieldhouse downtown. The Championship is Friday 11 December at Hinkle Fieldhouse, a single winner-take-all game streamed nationally on Prime Video.

How close can you drop us?

As close as stewarding allows on the night, which is considerably closer than any parking you would find yourself. Hinkle sits on the Butler campus with limited parking and residential streets around it.

Can you collect us afterwards?

Yes, and it is the half most people underestimate. Your chauffeur is positioned before the final whistle and stays in contact, so you are not waiting in December weather.

How much does it cost?

Quoted as a flat rate based on vehicle and group size, agreed before you book. There is no event surcharge and no surge pricing on the night.

Can we add dinner before the game?

Yes. Hourly bookings hold the vehicle and chauffeur for the evening, so the car waits between stops rather than a meter running while you are inside.

Do you cover Pacers home games too?

Yes, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse downtown, along with Lucas Oil Stadium and the other downtown venues throughout the season.
