Wedding Vehicles
Every vehicle is late model, non-smoking, and professionally detailed before your date. Nothing arrives at a wedding straight from another job.
Photographs show vehicles from our fleet. Interiors are refreshed periodically and vehicles are rotated through service, so the finish of the vehicle supplied may differ in detail from the images here. Capacity and vehicle class are confirmed when you book.
White Stretch Limousine
The classic wedding car, and the vehicle most couples build their photographs around. Books out first for spring and autumn Saturdays.
Inside the Limousine
LED lighting, bar area and bench seating along both sides. Room for a dress without creasing it, which matters more than most brochures admit.
Mercedes Sprinter
The bridal party travels together and arrives together. No convoy, nobody lost, nobody waiting in a car park in heels.
Guest Shuttle
Loops between the hotel block and the venue. The part couples forget and then wish they had booked. Solves parking and the drive home at once.
Cadillac Escalade
For couples who want something understated rather than a stretch. Also the usual choice for parents and grandparents on the day.
Luxury SUV
Luggage space for the honeymoon departure, or a second vehicle for photographers and family.

Show Rate Locked In
The rate we quote from this page is the rate you pay, however far away the wedding is. Spring dates booked in autumn do not get re-priced in March when demand rises.

Spring Saturdays Go First
April, May, September and October Saturdays are the busiest dates in the wedding calendar, and the white stretch limousine is the first vehicle to go on any of them.
Prom season overlaps with the spring dates and the Indy 500 takes most of May, which puts the whole of Central Indiana under pressure at exactly the time most couples are getting married.
That is the honest reason bridal show rates exist. Booking a year out is genuinely worth something to us, so we share some of it back rather than leaving you to find out in March that everything has gone.

Do I have to book at the show to get the rate?
No. Send your date through this page and the rate is yours. We would rather you went home, talked it over and came back than felt rushed into a decision at a stand.
What if I do not know my venue yet?
Send the date anyway. Venue and timeline can follow later. The date is the part that runs out, not the details.
Do I need to pay a deposit to hold the date?
Not to hold it while you decide. We will tell you clearly when a deposit is needed to confirm, and what the terms are, before anything is committed.
Can you cover guest transport as well as the bridal party?
Yes, and we recommend it more often than couples expect. A 28-passenger shuttle between the hotel block and the venue solves parking, solves the drive home, and keeps the reception on schedule.
What happens if the ceremony runs late?
Weddings run late. Our chauffeurs stay with the timeline rather than a booking window, and we build buffer into the run sheet because photographs almost never finish on the minute.
